Questions, bug reports, or anything about MathBell: check the FAQ below, or email us directly and we will get back to you.

How does MathBell stop an alarm?

When your alarm rings, open it and solve the sums. The alarm only turns off once you have solved all the problems you chose. If you dismiss it on the Lock Screen without solving, it rings again a minute later, for up to ten minutes.

Will it ring in Silent mode or Focus?

MathBell uses the iPhone alarm system, so it rings through Silent mode and Focus like the Clock app. You need to allow Alarms for MathBell. If you declined, turn it on in iOS Settings, then return to MathBell.

How many alarms can I set?

You can set up to three alarms for free. MathBell Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription) that adds unlimited alarms, harder puzzles and more sounds.

How do I test my alarm?

Open Settings inside MathBell and tap Test alarm. It rings in about a minute, so lock your phone to see how it behaves.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings inside MathBell and tap Restore Purchases. This uses Apple's App Store account to restore Pro on any device signed into the same Apple ID at no extra charge.
